Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied within 30 days after receiving the product, you can contact Hbada for a return or exchange. If the product has quality problems, we will accept returns and exchanges free of charge, but if the return or exchange is due to customer's convenience, we will deduct 15% of the product price as return shipping fee. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. If it is not in its original condition and packaging, we will deduct 15% to 50% of the product price as compensation depending on the damage of the product. For returns, we will process the refund within 7 business days after the return confirmation. For exchanges, we will ship a new product after receiving the product. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge before the goods are dispatched. If you wish to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, we will do our best to prevent the delivery of the goods. If we are successful in preventing the delivery, no fee will be charged, but if we are unable to prevent the delivery, you will need to contact us after receiving the goods and return them at your own expense. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If they are not in their original condition and packaging, we will deduct 15% to 50% of the product price as compensation depending on the damage to the goods.
